June 2025 – Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group "seeking to unite" served as the advisor to Printelogy, Inc. doing business as EverWorx, a nationwide Managed Print Services (MPS) Provider, and its owners Jordan Darragh and Kent Darragh, on the sale of capital stock to Scott Schnabel.  Terms of the transaction are confidential.
