December 2024 – Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group "seeking to unite" served as the advisor to Popsmart Technologies’, LLC and its owner Reed Melnick on the sale of assets to DOCUmation of DFW, LLC. Terms of the transaction are confidential.
