Advised Copiers Northwest and its Owners on Purchase of Blackburn’s Copier Division

January 2017 – Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group "seeking to unite" served as the advisor to Copier Northwest, Inc. and its owners – Mark and Gregg Petrie - on the purchase of assets of Blackburn’s Copier Division from Blackburn, Inc.  Terms of the transaction are confidential.
