Soyata Computers is owned and operated by Mr. Tolga Soyata, President. The Company was comprised of a copier division and an IT computer-networking services division. The Copier Division was a Sharp dealer authorized to sell and service the full-line of copier and printer products. The Division also sells and services KIP America wide-format copiers, Intimus shredders and Martin Yale Folders. The Copier Division conducts business in upstate New York and is headquartered in Rochester with a branch in Buffalo.

Mr. Soyata has retained and continues to operate the IT computer-networking services division of Soyata Computer. Mike Dudek and Zygoquest advised Mr. Soyata’s sale of the Copier Division.
