Philadelphia, PA – August 2005 – Mike, Dudek and Zygoquest Group "seeking to unite" announced that they served as an advisor to John Stuart of ConvergeOne, LLC on the strategic investment in NACR (North American Communications Resource, Inc.) by Nautic Partners, a private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
John Stuart, Chairman and CEO of ConvergeOne will be joining the NACR team as Chairman of the Board. John was the former President and CEO of IKON Office Solutions who built Ikon into a $4 billion dollar global company during his tenure.
Mike Dudek and Zygoquest had advised John Stuart since the inception of ConvergeOne, assisting John Stuart with strategic planning, valuation, letter-of-intent preparation and negotiation of the NACR transaction.
ConvergeOne is a private equity funded company founded by Stuart. ConvergeOne will be acquiring additional Value Added Service Providers in the IP Telephony space. Dudek and Zygoquest will be providing merger and acquisition services directly to dealer owners interested in selling or buying.
