Developed the strategic plan to penetrate new markets utilizing existing technology and expertise.  Improved profitability of the organization by improving processes and eliminating waste. Worked with all major aircraft manufacturers to obtain price increases above and beyond their contractual obligations.  Significantly reduced sales commission expense without adversely affecting revenue.

Triumph Group, Inc. (TGI) is a $900m+ NYSE traded company that designs, engineers, manufactures, repairs, overhauls and distributes aircraft components.  TGI serves the aerospace industry, including commercial and regional airlines, air cargo carriers, as well as original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of commercial, regional, business and military aircraft and components.

 

President – Triumph Engineered Solutions, Tempe, AZ (2004-2005)

Developed a strategic plan to re-organize, divest and consolidate a group of 6 operating companies, both manufacturing and repair & overhaul within the Triumph Group.  Negotiated the sale of several businesses, and developed a detailed plan to consolidate others.  Reduced costs and increased profitability substantially post implementation.

 

President – Triumph Air Repair, Phoenix, AZ (1999-2004)

Complete responsibility for the entire organization that became the number one independent Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) repair and overhaul facility in the world.  Implemented lean manufacturing processes that significantly increased profitability and improved turn times.  Created a customer oriented team environment that resulted in a 98% customer retention rate.
